Catalyst management
Catalyst handling encompasses a wide range of highly specialized services that ensure these key elements in chemical plants and refineries are maintained in optimal conditions. In partnership with CR International, we offer a comprehensive service, including the startup and maintenance of catalytic reactors, tanks, and towers, through a multidisciplinary team of technicians and specialists.
- Nexxo can work in inert environments and toxic atmospheres, as well as in hostile environments.
- Handling of spent catalyst, recovery, activation, and metal recovery.
- Decontamination service of reactors during plant shutdowns.
- Revamping of reactors, reactor/equipment blocking and insulation. Repair of reactors/tanks and modification of internals.

Chemical cleaning
Chemical cleaning is a process carried out in industrial facilities to remove potential residues generated during construction, maintenance, or repair, leaving them ready for safe and optimal startup.

Flushing
Flushing is a type of cleaning that allows for the removal of fluid contamination present in circuits, caused by various factors such as manufacturing, assembly, system tightness, and wear of components.
- Nexxo provides this service in both new installations and operational plants.
- This cleaning removes all solid particles from the circuit, extending its lifespan and ensuring operational continuity.
- It helps reduce maintenance costs for the treated circuits.
- Nexxo offers recovery services that employ filters and purifiers through vacuum evaporation. This allows for the removal of water, gases, and solid particles present in the fluid, ensuring its purity and quality for use in industrial systems.

Dredging and separation of solids
Dredging is a technique for separating solids in wet media, allowing for the removal and extraction of solids of any type and separating them from the medium, as well as reviewing the condition of the medium bed and determining optimal repair and maintenance plans.
- Nexxo S.A. has developed this technology for both basic environments (applicable to Concentrating Plants or others in the industry) and acidic environments (applicable to hydrometallurgical plants, for example).
- It allows for the treatment of solids ranging from sludge at the bottoms of ponds, reservoirs, and lagoons to the recovery and transportation of pulp from mining operations for reprocessing, providing economic advantages and reducing production losses.
- Horizontal dredging, vertical dredging, or a combination of both can be performed according to the specific needs of the customer.
- Dredging is executed with maximum safety through telecommanded systems that allow for operations with minimal exposure to substances for our team and the customer.

Operational Maintenance (industrial cleaning)
Nexxo S.A. has developed various contracts known in the industry as Industrial Cleaning services, historically dependent on the Production area, under the same management and operational model, that is, through the lens of asset management.
This led us to change their name from “Industrial Cleaning” to “Operational Maintenance” services, operating under the same strategy and treatment as a long-term maintenance contract. This is why we have become a benchmark in this industry by anticipating market needs. Our scope for the development of operational maintenance services includes work under the SOMA methodology (Operational Maintenance System).
