Nexxo was present at the first edition of the ASIVA 2022 Mining Business Roundtable held yesterday, where it participated as a sponsor of this event that brought together service providers to the mining industry with mining clients from the V region and the north of the country. During the event, Codelco Division Andina, Grupo CEMIN, Sierra Gorda, Antofagasta Minerals, and ENAMI were able to learn about the main services and suppliers in the industry. Our Commercial and Studies Manager, Patricio Galaz Grassi, presides over this ASIVA mining suppliers’ table, playing a fundamental role in organizing this event.
To conclude the month of mining, Nexxo managed to bring together the main companies in the sector at this ASIVA Business Roundtable, where service providers from the Valparaíso region had the opportunity to interact and showcase their capabilities.
During the event, the invited companies shared the main short-term challenges in mining and discussed how ASIVA suppliers could be relevant as local providers.
Patricio Galaz, Commercial and Studies Manager of Nexxo and president of the ASIVA mining suppliers’ table, explained that “the goal of the table is to generate, enhance, and promote a regional industry of goods, services, and engineering for mining, thus fostering its associativity, synergy, and relationship with the national and international mining sector.” Additionally, Eduardo López, commercial deputy manager of Nexxo, noted that “the importance of these spaces is to present the value offering of supplier companies like Nexxo, which have a wide range of services to offer to mining. It is always beneficial to position ourselves among mining companies and highlight that we are part of the Ei Group.”
