With more than 20 years of experience in Works and Assembly, Nexxo S.A. provides services for the execution of construction and industrial assembly work, in new infrastructure and plants, expansions of existing plants, as well as in the plant shutdowns or stoppages that industries use to carry out their expansions or modifications to their facilities and processes.
The range of specialties that Nexxo S.A. executes in the area of industrial construction and assembly are the following:
Civil works and massive structural fillings
- Earthworks and land improvement, up to approximately ten thousand (10,000) m2.
- Various types of foundations: storage tanks, industrial warehouses, pumps, exchangers, towers, equipment, homes and buildings up to three (3) floors.
- Concrete slabs and pavements, up to an approximate area of five thousand (5,000) m2.
- Industrial product evacuation system; chambers, lines, underground (underground).
- Removal, demolition and installation of concrete and refractory bricks, refractory repairs, up to one thousand (1,000) m2.
Assembly of Structures
- Assembly of industrial warehouses and workshops.
- Installation of pipe walls.
- Assembly of equipment support structures: pressure tanks and heat exchangers.
- Installation of auxiliary equipment structures: platforms and railings.
- Welding of structures on site.
Mechanical assembly
- Assembly of process equipment: Heat exchangers, storage tanks and pressure tanks.
- Installation of rotating equipment: pumps, fans, motors.
- Assembly of various mechanical equipment: crushers, screens, compressors.
Manufacturing and assembly of pipes
- Workshop and field manufacturing of welded pipe systems, spools and distributors (manifold).
- Workshop and field manufacturing of threaded pipe systems.
- Manufacturing of special parts by welding; elbows, tees, reducers and ducts.
- Assembly, welding and mounting of pipe sections, to form concentric duct, water duct, oil duct and acid duct systems.
Electrical and Instrumental Assembly
- Preparation and installation of supports and conduits: trays and conduit.
- Preparation and installation of grounding meshes.
- Installation and connection of low and medium voltage conductors.
- Installation and connection of instrumentation cables.
- Installation of motor control center, switchboards, lighting and instrumentation.
- Installation, connection and start-up of motors.
